Shipping Across Canada
We ship eligible orders across Canada using tracked delivery services. Available shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
Order processing
- Paid orders received before 2 PM ET are generally prepared to ship the same business day.
- Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on statutory holidays are normally processed on the next business day.
- Processing is subject to payment confirmation, inventory availability, and order review.
Shipping rates and free delivery
We offer free tracked shipping on orders of $200 CAD or more, calculated after discounts and before applicable taxes. Rates for other orders are calculated at checkout. Remote destinations may have different carrier rates or delivery estimates.
Tracking your order
Tracking information is provided when your shipment is prepared. Carrier tracking may take up to 24 hours to display its first update after the label is created or the parcel is accepted.
Delivery estimates
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, carrier volume, and remote destinations may affect delivery time.
Check your shipping address
Please review your name, unit number, street address, postal code, and contact information before submitting your order. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. Once an order has entered fulfillment, an address change may not be possible.
Receiving and storing your order
Bring delivered packages indoors promptly and follow the storage instructions shown on each product label or product page. Unless a specific service states otherwise, standard tracked shipping does not guarantee uninterrupted temperature-controlled transit.
