Pay by Interac e-Transfer

We accept Interac e-Transfer for Canadian orders. Select Interac e-Transfer at checkout and complete your order before sending payment.

How to pay

1. Place your order and note your order number.
2. Use the current payment details provided during checkout or with your order confirmation.
3. Send the exact order total by Interac e-Transfer.
4. Enter your order number only in the transfer message field.

What happens next

E-transfer payments are verified manually. Once payment is confirmed, your order will be marked as paid and moved to processing. You will receive an update when the order status changes.

Important

• Do not send payment before an order number has been created.
• Do not include product names or personal medical information in the transfer message.
• Always follow the latest payment details shown at checkout.
• If payment has been sent but your order has not updated, please contact our support team and include your order number.
